Note : The following Terms an Conditions is a translation of our French Terms and Conditions. They are provided for our non French speaking customers. The binding Terms and Conditions is the French version.
Before confirming the order, the Customer confirms that it has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions described below.
The Terms and Conditions regulate the commercial relationship between the Customer and FUNFORGE for distance sales and prevail over any other general terms and conditions.
FUNFORGE reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without particular notice at any time, for any sales that are not already concluded (confirmed, validated and paid orders by the Customer).

It is mentioned that trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or generally any object of intellectual property rights information are and remain the exclusive property of Funforge. No assignment of intellectual property rights is granted through the terms and conditions. Total or partial reproduction, modification or use of such property for any reason is strictly prohibited.
This online sales site is the property of FUNFORGE. FUNFORGE is a limited liability company with capital of € 30,000 with registered office at 24 rue Charlot, 75003 PARIS, France. The company is registered at RCS of Paris under the number SIREN: 507 720 720.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders (possibly including pre-orders) and sales made through the website (hereinafter the “Site”) of the Special Store (store.funforge.fr) between FUNFORGE and a Customer, natural or legal person. They are valid from the time the order is validated.
The clear acceptance without reservation by the Customer of these terms and conditions, is materialized by a box to check and a validation click. The Customer represents to have acknowledged these terms and conditions and, if any, the Special Conditions of Sale relating to a product or service, and that it accepts them without restriction or reservation. Customer acknowledges that it has received all the necessary information via the Site, and was able to verify that the offer and the product fit his needs. The Customer states to be able to contract under French laws and/or that it validly represent any person or entity it is ordering for. Unless proved otherwise the information recorded by FUNFORGE constitute the proof of all transactions.
For the purposes of its purchases on the Site, the Customer undertakes to provide accurate information for the payment, the delivery and the receipt by email of the confirmation of payment and invoice. In accordance with the Law, the Customer undertakes to provide full and correct information. FUNFORGE reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a previous dispute or for any abnormal demand or for any other legitimate reason.
By validating the order, the Customer undertakes that it obtains all necessary information about the products it bought. The artwork and photos on the Site are provided only for illustrative purpose and are not binding. FUNFORGE agrees to fulfill the Customer order within the limits of available stocks of products. The Site specifies the unavailability of products. In the event that an order has been accepted despite the unavailability of a product and if the unavailability period exceeds 30 days, the customer will be notified an estimate of the delivery time of the products. In such a case, the Customer may cancel its order or request a full refund of the amount paid.
Contractual information on a product are presented in detail in English and French. Those information is subject to a summary and a confirmation when the order is confirmed by the Customer. In case of special offer, the period of validity of such offer of products and the prices of the products are specified on the Site.
Prices indicated on the Site for each product are displayed in euro taxes (VAT) inclusive – even if those prices support or not a tax – excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are added to the order during the checkout. For all products shipped outside the European Union and / or Overseas territories (DROM-COM), the price is calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable in certain cases. These rights are not taken into account by FUNFORGE in the prices indicated on the Site and are of the sole Customer responsibility (statements, payment to any competent authorities…). In this respect, FUNFORGE recommends the Customer to learn about these issues with the relevant local authorities. FUNFORGE reserves the right to change the prices at any time in the future.
FUNFORGE delivers its products worldwide at the price indicated, taxes and shipping costs included, being specified that customs duties may be charged to the Customer in addition to the amount paid to FUNFORGE who is not responsible of the payment of such custom duties as specified in the above article.
Depending on the country of destinations, shipping costs can be flat fees, or depend on the total amount or total weight of the order. After selecting the items and the shipping address, the shipping costs are calculated automatically.
The shipments from France are provided by the service Colissimo of La Poste for the whole world. For shipments made from other countries FUNFORGE use known and reputed transport service.
The following payment methods are available to the Customer:
- Credit Card with Paypal
- Credit card with Stripe
All payments are secured by Paypal or Stripe.
The online payment system Paypal allows the Customer to pay directly from it PayPal account if it has one, or directly through a bank card (among the cards supported by Paypal) if the customer has no account. The online payment system Stripe allows the Customer to pay directly through a bank card (among the cards supported by Stripe).
The payment occurs through a specific interface fully managed by Paypal or Stripe which opens when Customer proceed to the payment.
The transactions are fully encrypted and secured by Paypal or Stripe and FUNFORGE does not access at any time to the Customer payment data and therefore cannot obtain in any case such data. However, Stripe or PayPal may ask the to the Customer to keep their banking data for future easier and faster transactions. FUNFORGE cannot be held responsible of any failure or PayPal and Stripe and of the choices made by the Customer concerning the retention of any Customer data by Paypal or Stripe services.
Shipping times, delivery and order tracking
FUNFORGE shall make every effort for the prompt delivery of the products. However, during the peak periods, the shipping time may be longer. If the items ordered are in stock, they will usually be sent to the Customer within one week from the receipt of payment. The delay of delivery may vary depending on the transport services and the destination but shall occur within 30 days at the latest.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the time of shipment of the order, with tracking information if possible.
If the delivery is impossible due to incorrect address information at the time of the order, FUNFORGE shall send the product again but the handling and shipping cost shall be invocied by FUNFORGE to the Customer.
In case of delayed delivery, the Customer has the possibility to terminate the contract within the condition stated in Article L 138-2 of the French Code de la Consommation. FUNFORGE shall then reimburse the product and the shipping costs to the Consumer within the condition stated of Article L 138-3 of the French Code de la Consommation.
FUNFORGE points out that the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Customers as soon as it takes physical possession of the products. FUNFORGE shall not be held liable for damage incurred during the shipping and the Customer shall liaise with Colissimo services or other shipping service used for any claims. It is the Customer responsibility to notify the carrier any problems about the product delivered with damages.
Withdrawal period and Returns
The Customer has a period of fourteen days to exercise its right of withdrawal without any reasons or penalties, except for return shipping costs. This period starts from the receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal may be exercised by contacting FUNFORGE to the following email address email@example.com. The email must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt and the following form:

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, the price of the purchased products and shipping costs only will be reimbursed. The return costs to FUNFORGE shall be bound by the Customer. The products shall be returned in their original and full conditions (cellophane, packaging, accessories, manuals …) so they can be sell again. The return shipping shall be done through registered parcel with acknowledgment of receipt by postal service or any other service of delivery.
Reimbursement shall occur by bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the parcel by FUNFORGE after checking that the products are in perfect condition.
Returns are only valid for items purchased directly from the Site.
Returns shall be made to the following address: Funforge s.a.r.l – 24 rue Charlot – 75003 PARIS – France.
Funforge shall refund or exchange the defective products or those which does not correspond to the order.
Warranties and Service
Funforge ensures the compliance of its products against hidden defects within the conditions of the French Law. In case of defective products, Funforge shall reimburse the Customer or exchange the defective products or those which does not correspond to the order. The refund request must be done by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is specified that the responsibility of FUNFORGE shall not exceed twice the value of the products, shipping costs included.

All personal data entered during the creation of its account by the Consumer are strictly confidential. They shall not be transferred to third parties. Under the French Law Informatique et Liberté of 6 January 1978, the Customer has a right to access, to modify and to delete data related to the Customer. In order to exercise its right, the Customer shall contact FUNFORGE by simple email to email@example.com stating that it wishes to exercise its right to access and modify and delete any data related to this Customer.
By entering their email address on the Site, the Customer may agree to receive emails with information and promotional offers on products published by FUNFORGE. Customers may unsubscribe at any time simply by a click on the link at the end of FUNFORGE email or contact FUNFORGE by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to FUNFORGE – 24, rue Charlot – 75003 Paris – France. Customers are advised that Funforge keeps track of attendance at the Site.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. The Court of Paris or the Court of the defendant shall have sole competence to judge any problem related to the interpretation or performance of these terms and conditions.
It is mentioned that if any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held void by a Court, it shall not result in the nullity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions which shall remain in force between the parties.
